Alongside my photography, I also work on storm-focused documentary and field media projects with Paradeigm Films and Weather.Watch.
Photography will always be my main focus, but spending years in the field around storms eventually led me into documentary and media work as well. Some moments work best as photographs, and others are better told through movement, sound, and the people experiencing them in real time.
Part of this work has included field production surrounding The OTUS Project, a storm research team known for deploying drones equipped with custom sensors directly into tornadoes. Here’s a still from some of my work for the documentary, captured during one of OTUS’s drone intercepts on the storm that later produced the 2025 Enderlin, North Dakota EF5 tornado.
